Ingredients:
- Equal parts Kentucky colonel seasoning and flour
- Add to taste: salt pepper onion salt dried oregano dried thyme
Mix all dry ingredients together and coat the meat well on both sides (use good tenderized cube steak – round steak}. Let the meat rest 5 minutes then coat the meat again. Fry in 1/2 inch oil in cast iron skillet over medium high heat, 360 degrees oil temp till done.
